Children with disabilities are afforded remarkably broad rights under Federal Law. These are RIGHTS, not PRIVILEGES, make sure you know them and use them!

Enforcement
The US Department of Education appears to be committed to promoting educational excellence for children with disabilities. The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) is responsible for protecting the educational rights of children with disabilities.
